Cabernet Sauvignon: 10 acres
Syrah: 6 acres
Merlot: 4 acres
We began planting our vineyard in 1995 and sold our first crop in 1997. Those grapes went to Nick Martin when he was at Sylvester Winery. After this first year, our grapes were sold to Wild Horse and Tobin James. For the last few years we have kept the Syrah for the RV label while selling the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to Wild Horse.
Our goal has been and remains the production of quality wine whether by another winery or our own and this can be seen in the way we approach growing wine grapes. Hand harvesting, maintaining proper crop yields and investing in soil and vine health help us achieve the high quality our fruit is known.
